Terms

1. Credit card payments are a subject to a 3% surcharge. American Express 5%

2. It is the responsibility of the clients to verify that the dates, time and adressess are correct on the confirmation booking form.

3. Cars and dates will only be reserved for 3 days from first contact, until the full deposit is paid.

4. Bookings are not confirmed till the full deposit is made.

5. The outstanding balance must be paid in full, 7 days prior to departure.

6. If a booking is cancelled by a customer within 7 days from the start of the period of hire, 50% of all monies will be non-refundable.

7. If a booking is cancelled by a customer within 5 days from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all monies will be non-refundable.

8. If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pick up point, all monies paid will be non-refundable.

9. Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by
    circumstances out-with our control.

10. The drivers will drive at safe and sensible speed in accordance with roads conditions,traffic and legal speed limits.

11. No smoking, eating or drinking is permitted in vehicles.

12. Clients are responsible fro any internal or external damage being caused to the vehicles by the hirer, the hirer's guest or any other party.The cleint
      will be liable and billed accordingly for the repair or valeting required in order to reinstate the vehicle to full working order.

13. Go Phantom and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse any passengers who are thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose
      behaviour poses a threat either to the chauffeur,the vehicle or any other passenger(s)

14. Go Phantom are fully insured for passengers and third party claims.However,costumer's property are carried entirely at their own risk and Go
      phantom shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.

15. Go phantom will keep a lost property book at their office, and will endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) to the customer.

16. Our chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed by the customer at the time of booking.

17. No physical, verbal or mental abuse to be given to the chauffeur.

18. If there are any changes or variations including extra time to the journeys other than what were agreed at the time of the booking,the client will 
     be charged extras in accordance with our pricing structure.

19. Overtime will be charged at our standard rate of $200.00 per hour or part thereof.

20. In the event of the non availability (for any reason ) of the vehicle agreed to be provided to the client, the proprietor reserves the right to 
      substitute a comparable vehicle provided that the proprietor shall give notice of such event as soon as possible, whereupon the client will have the
      option to withdraw from this agreement and will have the right to a refund of any sums paid to the settlement of any claims against the proprietor.

21. The maximum number of passengers to be carried at any one time is 4 in saloons.

22. In the event of breach of this agreement on the part of the proprietor it is agreed that the liability of the proprietor shall not exceed the fee save
      where such limitation is not permitted by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

23. Bookings are accepted only on condition that the hirer understands and accepts the above terms and conditions.These come into effect upon 
      payment of the deposit.
